Ingredient(s):  Each Surbex tablet provides the following ingredients;
Composition
Vitamin B1 15 mg
Vitamin B2 10 mg
Vitamin B6 5 mg
Vitamin B12 4 mcg
Nicotinamide 100 mg
Calcium Pantothenate 20 mg
Vitamin C 500 mg

Indication(s): Surbex is indicated in those conditions in which moderately severe deficiencies of water-soluble vitamins are suspected, those in which pathological conditions have either reduced the biologic availability or increased the need for water soluble vitamins.
